Galvanized steel wire &strand can be used for ACSR ,sometimes can be used alone. The Required characteristic are different depending on its applications

1.Suitable for power transmission lines, overhead conductor, communication cable, the power distribution poles, messenger strand,stay wire / earth wire / guy wire, ACSR etc.

(1)Galvanized steel wire :Φ1.44-4.77 mm
(2)Galvanized strand:7 wires,19 wires, 37 wires,Φ1.57-4.0 mm
(3)Armoring steel wire 0.9mm and above

1.Material: high carbon steel wire
2.Galvanized steel wire size: Φ1.44-4.77 mm.
3.Strand size:
7 wires of singer diameter 1.44 mm -4.2 mm;
19 wires of singer diameter 1.44 mm-3.5 mm;
37 wires of singer diameter 1.44 mm-3.5mm;
4.Tensile strength: different Grade from min.1470 N/ ㎡ to min.1960N/㎡
5.Zinc coating According to ASTM A475 clsA
6.Packing: larger coil,as per customer's requirement
